Important Information
• Photo print is not included.
• Guests may use their personal camera or mobile phone. Our staff will be happy to assist with taking photos and videos.
• One table is reserved for one family only, with a maximum capacity of 4 guests.
• Duration: 20 minutes per session.
• Additional seats are not permitted, and sessions cannot be shared or used in turns.
• Limited availability. Only 6 sessions are available per day. Advance reservation is required.
• The use of tripods and drones is strictly prohibited.
• Live streaming, commercial activities, or promotion of products/services other than The Grand Taman Safari Prigen and Baobab Safari Resort are not permitted.
• Guests wishing to bring additional props or decorations must inform us in advance for approval by our animal care team.
• Breakfast With Giraffe is a separate experience and does not replace the regular hotel breakfast entitlement.
• Guests are still entitled to enjoy their regular breakfast at the restaurant according to the room package:
- 2 breakfast vouchers per room.
- Complimentary breakfast for children under 5 years old.
- Guests staying with an extra bed are entitled to 1 additional breakfast voucher.
• Additional breakfast charges may apply for guests exceeding the breakfast entitlement included in their room package.
• Full payment is required at least 2 days prior to the Breakfast With Giraffe reservation date.
